الگوی تبیین تنوع‌طلبی جنسی بر اساس ناهماهنگی شناختی: نقش میانجی الگوهای ارتباطی

مقدمه و هدف: تنوع‌طلبی جنسی از عوامل مهم مرتبط با کیفیت روابط زناشویی است و می‌تواند تحت تأثیر تعارض‌های شناختی و شیوه تعامل زوجین قرار گیرد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف آزمون الگوی تبیینی تنوع‌طلبی جنسی بر اساس ناهماهنگی شناختی با در نظر گرفتن نقش میانجی الگوهای ارتباطی در مردان متأهل انجام شد.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف بنیادی و از نظر روش، توصیفی-همبستگی از نوع مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل مردان متأهل 25 تا 45 ساله مراجعه‌کننده به فرهنگسراهای شهر تهران در سال 2025 بود که از میان آنان 250 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای گردآوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه تنوع‌طلبی جنسی عارف‌نظری و همکاران، پرسشنامه برانگیختگی و کاهش ناهماهنگی شناختی هارمون-جونز و پرسشنامه الگوهای ارتباطی کریستنسن و سالاوی بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS نسخه 24 و AMOS و از طریق مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری و روش بوت‌استرپ تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: شاخص‌های برازش نشان دادند که مدل پیشنهادی از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بود (CMIN/DF=2.447، GFI=0.96، AGFI=0.91، IFI=0.97، CFI=0.97، NFI=0.96 و RMSEA=0.07). ناهماهنگی شناختی اثر مستقیم مثبت و معناداری بر تنوع‌طلبی جنسی داشت (β=0.308، p=0.001) و همچنین به‌طور مثبت و معناداری الگوهای ارتباطی را پیش‌بینی کرد (β=0.323، p=0.001). اثر الگوهای ارتباطی بر تنوع‌طلبی جنسی نیز مثبت و معنادار بود (β=0.394، p=0.002). افزون بر این، اثر غیرمستقیم ناهماهنگی شناختی بر تنوع‌طلبی جنسی از طریق الگوهای ارتباطی معنادار بود (β=0.127، p=0.001) و اثر کل ناهماهنگی شناختی بر تنوع‌طلبی جنسی برابر با 0.435 و معنادار بود (p=0.001).
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها نشان دادند که الگوهای ارتباطی در رابطه میان ناهماهنگی شناختی و تنوع‌طلبی جنسی نقش میانجی دارند. بنابراین، مداخلات روان‌شناختی و زوج‌درمانی متمرکز بر کاهش ناهماهنگی شناختی و اصلاح الگوهای ارتباطی ناکارآمد می‌توانند در کاهش گرایش به تنوع‌طلبی جنسی و بهبود کیفیت روابط زناشویی مؤثر باشند.
